Shipping policy

POLÍTICA DE ENVÍO

 

Procesamiento. Los pedidos se procesan en 1–3 días hábiles. Recibirás un correo de confirmación con el número de rastreo cuando tu pedido sea despachado.

 

Destinos y tiempos. República Dominicana: 1–4 días hábiles. Estados Unidos / Canadá: 7–15 días hábiles (sujeto a aduanas).

 

Costos. Las tarifas se calculan en el checkout según destino.

 

Edad y aduanas. Solo enviamos a mayores de 21 años. La entrega puede requerir firma de un adulto. El comprador es responsable de aranceles, impuestos o restricciones de importación de tabaco de su país o estado. No nos responsabilizamos por paquetes retenidos o confiscados por aduana.

 

Pérdidas o retrasos. Si tu paquete se pierde o sufre un retraso anormal, escríbenos a hello@thetestcigars.com y lo resolvemos contigo.

Age and customs. We ship only to those 21 and older. Delivery may require an adult signature. The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or tobacco import restrictions in their country or state. We are not liable for packages held or seized by customs.

 

Lost or delayed. If your package is lost or unusually delayed, email hello@thetestcigars.com and we will make it right.
